REMINDER

Musical Program Blurbs are due Thursday April 30th.  Each costs $5.00.  This payment will help defray costs for program printing.

Also, I apologize for any confusion yesterday with our smaller scheduled rehearsal.  We will be rehearsing from this point on with all cast daily at the high school 2:30 - 5PM. for the rest of the week.

A COUPLE THINGS: IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!

Good Afternoon:

A couple things to impart today; so I don't forget anything this will read like a check list.  Thanks, Kristen

• REMINDER deadline for PROGRAM CONGRATS BLURBS (10.00) are due to me no later than this Thursday April 30th.  I have just 1 so far.  Checks should be made payable to HMMS, thanks in advance.
• Shoes, please have the kids bring their dance shoes to each and every practice from this point on.  It is advisable to put their names inside the shoe in case they get separated.  
• If you are interested in helping costume (now's the time) please see Leslie around 3:30 - 5PM or later most days to touch base and see what if anything she might need help with.
• If you might be interested in helping to organize the food piece coming up in the next few weeks for the kids I will be around for a bit after most rehearsals this week, with the exception of Tuesday and Thursday (April 28&30) I would be happy to speak with you about what this entails.
• Rehearsals should not be missed at this point with the exception of previously discussed reasons or illness (but please no illness) ;)
• WE HAVE A MAD HATTER TEA PARTY SCHEDULED FOR MAY 9th 1-3PM in the HHS Cafeteria we will need donations (again) of cupcakes/cookies or punch.  Please email me if you are willing to help with this.
• I am available by email, quickest response time these days...if you need attention immediately please call my direct line before 2:30PM or email me and I will check my phone on break time at rehearsals and get back to you ASAP.

Thank you everyone for your continued support of the program and the process!  Today's rehearsal does not include ensemble, tomorrow is business as usual.

PROGRAM BLURBS

Good Afternoon,

Once again we would like to extend the opportunity for families to support their child(ren) in the show with a program spot.  The message of support will be seen by all who peruse our program and we would like to limit it to 300 characters.  These program spots will be added to our program to help defray cost of printing.

Please email your program blurb to me no later than April 30th (that's next Thursday). 

The cost for these program blurbs will be $5.00 this year.

Well here we are...

Good Afternoon -

I trust everyone has had a wonderful restful or productive vacation as the case may be?  For me (for us) it was certainly a productive week.  Our set is nearly complete, and I couldn't be prouder of the work and the team that started and came in to finish it this past week.  Thank you everyone!

A few put in some serious hours in the beginning and others toward the end of the week, and those of us there for the entirety: phew we made it!  It was a group effort and a labor of love!  ...and now, it is finally here, the HHS auditorium days.

2:30 - 5:00PM all week, M-F.  Your child should be at the high school for pick up.  If they are not able to make rehearsal for advance-notice appointments, please email or call the school and let them know so they can let me know, thank you!

T-shirts are here and we are sending them home today.

Here's to a great couple of weeks...

May, 13th (matinee day will be here soon enough) more (much more) information to follow in the coming days!

As I told the kids, I am less concerned with the money I can wait for that but I need to know orders and sizing, the shirts (I have attached a template to this email are all 15.00.

Sizing is YS - 3X  

If your child forgot to give you the form for t-shirt orders, please send me an email with quantity and sizes and send a check made out to HMMS with play t-shirt in the memo portion.
