Auditions Postponed!

Auditions have been cancelled for Tuesday 2/12/2019 and postponed to Thursday 2/14/2019 see information below:

3-5PM first session

515 - 715 second session

CALL BACKS 730 - 9:15PM

The cast list will still go up then 230PM on Friday 2/15/2019

JUST IN CASE - BUT HOPEFULLY POSTING THIS WILL MAKE IT GO AWAY ;)

ATTN: Please be advised that because of the potential for snow fall tomorrow 2/12/19 auditions may have to be changed, as of right now we are proceeding as planned.

IF there is a cancellation for after school activities, the auditions AND callbacks will take place on Thursday night the 14th (THERE ARE NO AUDITIONS taking place on Wednesday the 13th regardless of weather scenario). This means that timing will need to be adjusted so IF we go to a one night audition/callback combo the timing will be 3-5PM first session, 515 - 715 second sessions and 730 - 9PM callbacks. The cast list will still go up then 230PM on Friday 2/15

This is only an in case scenario we are not making any changes unless we have to. Please stay tuned. Thank you for your flexibility with Mother Nature.

HERE WE GOOOOOOOO!

Auditions are two sessions ONLY now.

SESSION 1: 3:30PM - 5:30PM (your child should stay in bus room to three before coming to the music room for their audition) please pick them up from the main entrance at 5:30PM

SESSION 2: 5:45PM - 7:45PM (your child will need to go home and come back for the audition at this time).  Please drop off and pick up your child from the main entrance.

Thank you for picking the time that best meets the needs of your family.

Contracts (though the times are wrong on this as this is a change to the original audition timing) should still be signed and turned in on Audition day and yes, at auditions is fine.

Last minute auditionees please get the information in front of Ms. Chapman's room.  All who audition will be in the show.  Our panel of devoted staff will choose and cast the show following call backs on Thursday night the 14th. 

Callbacks are by invitation only and they will be held at the middle school on Thursday 4-7PM.

ONCE ON THIS ISLAND JR. AUDITIONS ONE WEEK FROM TOMORROW!

'Tis the season for auditioning!

Time to get excited!

I know we are excited to get started.

Next week we will have just TWO sessions, contrary to the THREE we talked about at our meeting in January.

Numbers for sign ups for the general acting auditions are down and most have opted to sing a solo audition so instead, we will have TWO sessions on February 12th.  The first TWO HOUR session will begin at 3:30PM - 5:30PM and the SECOND TWO HOUR SESSION will go from 5:45 - 7:45PM.

Callbacks from these two sessions will be from 4- 7PM on the 14th of February.

All auditions and callbacks will take place at the middle school in Ms. Chapman's room, students leave and come back for the second session and rides should be arranged for timely pick up at the end of whichever sessions your child chooses to attend.

Pick up and drop off should be through the main entrance of the middle school, please.

The Cast list will be posted 2:30PM February 15th.

Students should plan on getting their scripts before leaving for February break after the cast list is posted.
