Also, I am sending home the ticket forms again for the cast, please disregard deadlines for early turn around.  First tickets will be filled this weekend and sent home with your children next week.

LAST CALL FOR SHOUTOUTS!  I only have four this go round, I will respond to your email specifically if I received your well wishes, if I don't get at least 10 I will opt out of putting the shoutouts in the program.  Please get them to me ASAP.  I would like to print programs next week.

Lastly, I will have POSTERS for distribution MONDAY please think of where we can share these around town!

Parents please be aware

Good Morning -

It was brought to my attention that there may have been parents parked on the lawn in front of the high school for pick up at 5 yesterday.  If we can make every effort to stay off the grassy areas it would be most appreciated.   Our green spaces were all just newly landscaped this past Summer.  Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

Hard at work this April break.

It's always miraculous how things come together over April break, I love surprising the kids when they arrive back from wherever they have been for the week off.

These kids have been irreplaceable and unbelievably dedicated, so proud Cody's mine but so lucky to have such wonderful kids to spend my time with.  I so enjoy hardworking young adults, they keep things fun and me (somewhat-feeling anyway) youthful!

Coming soon, we need parent supervision at the high school, I would love to have someone spearhead this piece, your job would be watching the kids outside (weather permitting) and also handling bathroom sign outs and keeping the house quiet for work on the stage.  If you are interested in putting this together please email directly and I can get you the list of emails for the parents.

We will need a food person this person spearheads the snacks for the child during show week and concessions throughout our run.  If this sounds like something you would like to do please also email me directly.

If you are one of the folks still interested in handling ticket sales, and door please email me that I might put you in touch with Rebecca Courtemanche who is our ticket master.

We will be at the high school throughout the week, finishing the details of the set.  It's getting real and oh so exciting.  T-shirts should be ready to wear the first Friday back from break to help spread the word.  I am getting Posters done and printed this week and should have those to distribute around the town.  Please help spread the word!  I know this show will be one worth the work, and the wait!  Such a talented young cast!

Lastly, we have decided every person in the cast instead of toe thongs for footwear is going to protect their feet please.  Please purchase these shoes this is advertised as a woman's shoe it is actually UNISEX and goes up to size 14 Men's:

Well we made it! ...to April break that is!

Tshirt orders have been submitted.

Weeks of practice done.

I can't say it's perfect, but I know I have had loads of fun!

Sure hope the kids did too.

Ticket pre-sales to be filled, yet.

Now enjoy your April break, that's an order...no need to fret.

In just a month we'll make a run of it, for sure you'll be so proud,

I'm off to build an island oasis, one hopefully that will draw a crowd! ;)

Reminders on the week before break :)

Good Morning -

Just a few reminders this week.

1) Photos for principal roles are this afternoon.  Hopefully your children remembered their black shirts for headshots (for the program).

2) T-shirt order forms are due today 4/8/2019

3) Ticket orders are due before April break for priority seating.

4) We are moving into the high school Friday evening, NO PRACTICE FOR THE KIDS, Enjoy break everyone.  If you are interested in helping set build/paint over break please email directly.

5) M-TH this week 3-5 HMMS for ALL CAST.

6) If you are interested in a program shout out to help defray ticket costs, I would love to hear from you, please email directly with your shout out and send $5 per saying to me in an envelope (checks payable to HMMS please).

7) We are so close, one month from show time, expect email and information to be at a premium over the course of the next few weeks.  We will need ticket helpers, and door sales folks, Candy-grams person for the show run, contact people for food for snacks and drinks for the kids if you are interested in any of these titles please email me directly.

OMGOODNESS WE HAVE A SHOW!

Yesterday's rehearsal made me excited and less nervous the kids really came into it toward the middle of rehearsal and then took off.  Making the dance videos on Sunday really set the positivity in motion for the week. 

T-shirt order forms have been distributed to the cast and some crew.

There is a brief meeting for crew members Thursday 4/4/2019 2:30 - 3 prior to rehearsal as I want to speak with those interested and make sure everyone has a job and a t-shirt and ticket order form if they haven't yet gotten them.

I can't believe we are nearly to April break.  Thursday - Thursday coming up is ALL CAST daily 3-5PM.  I know we will get much done before heading off to our set-build week.

Thank you for your continued patience and due diligence with regard to the schedule. 

We will continue to try and get the kids out on time, though as we get closer to the show week every second counts so try as we might there may be some lag between end of rehearsal, 5:00PM and arrival to your cars, no later than 5:10 I would imagine.  As I told the kids if they know you need them at 5:00PM on the dot please make them aware of this need and they can simply give me the high sign to head out before 5:00PM. 

Thank you always, for your continued support, and patience with this fun and time consuming endeavor.  The kids have been working so hard and I have no doubt this year's show will be equally entertaining.
