To bring food to your children (to the band room of the high school) if they are staying after school until show time. I am hopeful they all have a water bottle to refill.

CAST WILL JOIN FAMILIES AND FRIENDS IN THE LOBBY IN COSTUME FOR PHOTO OPS FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES FOLLOWING THE SHOW PLEASE JOIN US IN CELEBRATING THEIR SUCCESS.
ALSO, FORE U WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR US FOR ICE CREAM THIS EVENING! THIS IS A BRING YOUR OWN MONEY EVENT AND COMPLETELY OPTIONAL!

Coming up; three night shows. If you volunteered food or want to volunteer time and/or food please email Brigid at upinvt@gmail.com, she can point you in the right direction and no, it isn't too late to volunteer your time.
I also want to publicly thank Leslie Rench, Candice DeFelice, Rosemary Whitman and Mary Campbell for their beautiful costuming. The beautiful set built by Aiden Bettwieser and Cody Chapman is a stunning piece alone but the show came to life today, in large part due to the colors of the exquisite costuming! Thank you all!!!
It takes a village and I surely couldn't do this alone!

WE ARE HERE!
SHOW WEEK!
We made it!
The week ahead:
Monday - TECH REHEARSAL 2:30PM - 6:30PM at the high school.
Tuesday - DRESS REHEARSAL 12:30 - 6:30PM students are released from school, they will have eaten lunch at the middle school. We will provide a snack break on Tuesday.
THESE FINAL REHEARSAL ARE OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE! Please stay healthy!
Wednesday - MATINEE DAY - Call for Gods 6:30AM, Villagers 7:30AM
FIRST SHOW - 9:30AM
SECOND SHOW - 12:45PM
Thursday - OPENING NIGHT! Call for Gods right after school 2:30PM, VillagersFemale 3:30PM/rest of cast 4:30PM CREW - 5:00PM USHERS 5:45PM
FORE YOU OPEN LATE FOR US!
Friday - SHOW! Same schedule as Thursday.
FORE YOU OPEN LATE FOR US!
Saturday - CLOSING NIGHT! - Same schedule as last two days.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING CLOSING SHOW there will be a STRIKE all hands on deck to tear down the set. If you have tools you will need a hex bit drill to take the stage apart, we will need strong bodies to move the large platforms back to the catacombs. The cast and crew is responsible for cleaning all the spaces in the band/choir area and then will have their cast party at the high school until midnight, dancing, food and celebration.
Thank you for everything to this point, this week will be a blur, try and enjoy the memories made! I know I will!
