I wanted to touch base about schedules for next week.
I will be sending home a hard copy with the kids today at rehearsal for next week.
Everything regarding call times should be followed as closely as possible.
The cast party following the show is up to the discretion of the parents, this will go until 12:30AM on Sunday the 13th of May, "strike" the breakdown of the set will take place immediately following the show and the help of parents with working drills and who aren't afraid to get sweaty and dirty to put things back to rights are valued and so appreciated. Please email me if you are planning to help and also if you would be okay with being in charge of a group of students who will be cleaning and helping with strike before their party too.
Lisa Arnold will be in touch regarding, candy grams, food for the cast and crew in the coming week, concessions and cast party. This is the time when many hands make light work so if you are wanting to pitch in, your participation would be most appreciated here in this final week.
Rebecca Courtemanche and Lisa Thompson are our magnificent volunteer "ticketmasters" and are working to get the prepaid and pre purchased tickets out to the cast ASAP.
They sent this email this morning:

Your checks at this point will most likely go into the bank in one lump at the end of the shows, so do not fret if the check hasn't cleared at this point but a gentle reminder that it will be going into the bank in the next couple weeks.
A few weeks ago I had posters that I handed out that I had hoped would be put up around town, thank you to those of you that did that for the good of the show and ticket sales. The website sales are up until tomorrow morning as an FYI. After that the ticket form will not be available any longer and box office hours (see above) or the hour prior to show times will be the only opportunity to get tickets. Order or share with folks to order and reserve tickets before they sell out. It's a cute show and the kids have worked so hard.
Thank you for being so flexible for allowing your children to be with us the last four months, this is my favorite time of year, and I am so happy to have spent the time with these kids for my 15th show.
