GAH! One day more!

Good Morning All -

Already a wide variety of goodies, and water have been dropped in my room for the kids.

A couple last minute things.  At this point the program spots are closed.  If you asked for one in the program, please make your checks payable to HMMS.

Also, ticket sales are going really well so if you have family or friends we will want to attend the performance please make sure to tell them they should be at their show of choice one hour prior to curtain to make sure they get a ticket.  The form on the website is no longer accepting ticket requests so that our ticket master can make sure to accommodate the requests that were already submitted.

The kids look incredible and we are planning a 3:15 dress rehearsal this afternoon.  If you have older family members, or younger that would like to see it before it is truly polished (willing to accept the flaws of a dress) then we invite you to come be "our guest" this afternoon for a little more than an hr.

If I can do anything else for you, let me know!

Paper Schedules coming home tomorrow

On your marks, get set, GOOOOOOO!

Last week!

Paper schedules and breakdowns will be sent home with the kids tomorrow.  Please be advised there are different call times for different kids in the play.

Tomorrow and Tuesday our rehearsal will go until 6:30PM.

Wednesday there is no rehearsal after a day of two performances.

Thursday, we open.  Friday, is our second show, Saturday, closing night and cast party, details on the paper coming home.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT MADE THE BREAKFAST A SUCCESS YESTERDAY!  I think everyone that made the effort to be here was truly impressed.  Thank you especially to those of you that handled all the running around and collecting of food, those that donated juices in particular and those of you that worked the breakfast all morning.

Thank you to Dana's by the Gorge (June Cameron) for the use of utensils and all the pancake batter, maple syrup, and watermelon, we couldn't have pulled it off without you!


It was a wonderful morning!  I look forward to a great week!  Please remember your son/daughter's shoes if they haven't been brought in already and also please remember tights for the girls.

TECH REHEARSAL

Good Afternoon - 

A couple things:

1)We need all the kids to have their shoes and be at rehearsal from this point for the duration.

2) If you haven't gotten your parent blurb to me please email me directly as per usual I am behind on the program and will offer an extension of days end, the cost is 10.00 and can be paid next week, most important to get the blurb to me.

3) There is an incorrect call time of 6AM tomorrow.  We need leads that have been asked to come for 7:30AM please and if you are coming to help please wear black pants beauty and the beast shirt and tie long hair back.

4) We can use donations of Cranberry/Orange/Apple juice, otherwise we are all set.
