AUDITION CENTRAL

 AUDITIONS WILL BE ON FEBRUARY 13TH, WITH CALLBACKS ON THE 15TH. ALL AUDITIONS WILL BE IN ROOM 104 - CHAPMANS. The times here are slightly different from the ones posted originally in the Classroom; we will use the same process as years prior and, therefore, will use this model below. I will update the Classroom, ASAP. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. 

FEBRUARY 13TH

GENERAL ACTING 3:30 - 4:45 pm

LEAD ACTING GROUP 1 - 5:00 - 6:30 pm

LEAD ACTING GROUP 2 - 6:45 - 8:15 pm

FEBRUARY 15TH CALLBACKS 

5 - 7:30PM

(If students need to be here, they will be invited to this evening)

*CAST LIST WILL BE POSTED ON THE 16TH OF FEBRUARY HERE ONLINE AND IN PERSON AT THE SCHOOL DAY END (2:50 pm)

1. Each student must decide whether to audition for an ensemble role or a lead. 
2. Each student only needs to sign up outside Ms. Chapman's room for ONE of the three audition times based on bullet #1.
3. Each student will take the song choice(s) that coincide with their decision to audition.
4. EVERY STUDENT will need to look over and sign the contract to participate in the Spring Musical for 2024. Please read it carefully. I have attached it here for your perusal. A hard copy is available at the school where the students sign up for auditions. This contract requires a parent/guardian signature as well. 
5. STAGE CREW HOPEFULS DO NOT AUDITION - Stage crew is very important to the success of the show. Please only choose this job if you can make every rehearsal for the four weeks following your April Vacation. Based on need, we will make these decisions for backstage; those who have been stagehands before will get the first opportunity to be a part of the backstage crew. 
6. The team of people dedicated to the musical and the final product will decide the cast list.

If your student has questions, they are advised to see Ms. Chapman as soon as possible to get the answers to aid them with their audition process. 

Ms. Chapman will create a Google Classroom for those students who intend to audition. The Online Classroom will help to disseminate rehearsal tracks. The sooner your student signs up, the sooner they will be added to the Google Classroom.
