Good Morning -
Due to the sheer number of those out sick this past week and this week. We are having to shuffle and change up the schedule.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TOMORROW 4/26 - Friday, 4/29 rehearsals will run 3 - 6PM The tech crew should still plan for 7:30/8 o'clock on Friday, 4/29 and should bring dinner.
There is also a chance that your child will be asked to stay after for costume fittings (no more than 30 extra minutes, while we are hopeful the extra time we are asking will suffice, we have had to quite literally call an audible!
Pick up for your child is still at the front of the high school.
At this point, per contract language, we need your child at rehearsal daily as called (unless we have spoken prior) we must ask that our show and their commitment to it be their first priority.
We open for an audience next Wednesday, May 4, 2022 for the matinee performances, we want your children to look and sound and dance beautifully for their peers and adoring family and friends!
If your child is sick please have them test for Covid and stay home, I am sure you are aware of the close contact emails Mrs. Upson has sent last week and over the weekend. If your child is absent they cannot attend rehearsals, including performance days if they are out on the 5th, 6th, or 7th.
Lastly, while the mask mandate is lifted I must respectfully request in the interest of getting everyone to the finish line after all this hard work, that masks are STRONGLY encouraged for rehearsals especially!
