Hi Everyone -
Today seems a great day to let you know how proud of your children I am and how excited I am to see this show starting to take shape!
Your kids have been working so hard this past month!

The weekly schedule was also linked in the Google Classroom, where your student is getting regular updates. If you have any questions, please email chapmank@Hartfordschools.net as soon as possible, and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Also, important to note, next Saturday, April 2, 2022, will be our pre-recording session. Yes, we remain hopeful that everyone will be able to be present, and performances will be live again now that the universal mask mandate has been suspended. We still plan to record before our show to be super over-prepared (if the pandemic taught performers anything, am I right?). The schedule has specifics, but the short version is 9 AM - 2 PM at the high school auditorium. I appreciate your help with this.
A very important request for set building help for April Break. Are you good with drills, saws (electric), and putting structures together? Do you know how to run a jigsaw? We need ADULT help for moving in on Saturday, April 9, at 9:30 AM meeting time at the high school until we have moved everything on stage. I would love to hear from willing folks at my email: chapmank@Hartfordschools.net before the 9th? Once I have a group of helpers, we can set working times for the week based on everyone's schedules.

There will not be a second order, so you need to make the deadline for this website. Orders will be delivered to me at the middle school, and I will distribute them to their rightful owners. Ordering from the t-shirt link is especially important for our backstage crew, who will not come to the show until after closing this window.
Thank you for your attention to schedules and any changes we have made thus far. Thank you for your patience and trust in this tedious but incredibly gratifying process! I know you will love the finished product! Your kids are very talented! This year's musical has been a fun adventure thus far!
